    Since Christmas I can't access Windows feedback or downloaded apps. I get a black icon on the taskbar for the item clicked. Help.

    The preview feature in windows explorer has always worked on my Surface Pro 3, Windows 10. A couple days ago it stopped. I found your answer. I tried your fix and it did not appear to have worked. But, here what's odd if I open file explorer from the start
    menu, on the 'recent files' pane the preview feature works. if I open file explorer from the task bar, and go to a file then the preview feature does not work. This is a new development before it worked smoothly. Can you help?
