Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro 64 - Opening drive freezes windows - "Working on it"

When opening exporer -> my computer works fine until I double click drive D: (HDD). Windows freezes, the window displays the gray text "Working on it". Closing the window restarts exporer. In order to get working the explorer, at least 5-6 times I have to double click D: and close the exporer.

It's getting annoying and time consuming. Is there a solution?

Laptop:

- Intel Acer Aspire v3 771G

- CPU i3 2348M@2,3GHz

- 4Gb RAM

- Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

- Nvidia Geforce 710M

- Drive C: Intel SSD, drive D: 500 Gb HDD

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

How to open .avi files in Sony Vegas Pro 10?

I've got 64-bit Sony Vegas Pro 10 (all updates from Sony installed) running on Windows 7 64. I'm using VLC and WMP is disabled from Control Panel. I have error in Vegas when trying to open .avi with it. I was trying to open it with WMP enabled and using the instrucions from and - any of them works. Any suggestions?
