Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro: After update system is stuck in rebooting loop

Hello,
I have new Surface book 2 13.5" for graphic design and so far it worked great until today. System updated and restarted and stuck in rebooting loop. Since then I can't do anything. I went through several hundreds of forum pages, youtube tutorials, but nothing works for me.

PC specs:
8th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-8650U processor with quad-core power , NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1050 discrete GPU w/2GB GDDR5 graphics memory, Windows 10 Pro (10.0.16299.125)
Can anyone help please? I don't want to reinstall win 10. Thank you very much for your time.

I am having a problem with two updates that downloaded today. Unfortunately I do not know how to determine which update is causing the issue, but regardless, after the updates download, Windows 10 tries to install the update(s) and upon reboot the systems
gives me the normal Installing Updates and then reboots the system. Unfortunately the system is stuck in an infinite loop. of installing updates---reboot. Can anybody offer assistance with this?

I tried to fix issue by 'automatic repair" but it couldn't repair PC' and give a log file, C:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt. I attached my file SrtTrail.txt

Is there any option how to open specific folder via comment prompt? I can connect my external usb harddrive so if possible I would like to copy files as a backup. Thank you so much for help
