Windows 10 Pro Bootloader and Bootmanager on different Disks

I have problem with booting my computer a lot of time and I see true EasyBCD that my bootloader and bootmanager was on 2 different drives.
So all the files in Windows 10 is on the C: drive but the boot files are on a N: drive. Is it something I can do about that.
I have also problem booting from a USB flash drive I have made With Rufus and formatted it as GPT. I have tried windows 7 and 8 but no one will boot.
I have 5-6 hard drives in my computer some of them USB and sometimes the system will not boot at all but when i disconnect the USB drives the computer boots.
I have a UEFI system as you have understand. Is it some software I can Use to fix all the problems or is it someone who can tell me what I can do.*sarc

My motherboard is MSI Z87-G45 Gaming I have 2 SSD disk on 250 GB where I have Windows 10 on 1 and Windows 7 on the other.

    :)

I want to start different OS on separate disks from the same computer

Having done a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro on a SSD Disk 1 to start as C:

This installation has added a partition on the HDD Disk 0 (F Windows 10 Pro Bootloader and Bootmanager on different Disks :) of 100 MB "Reserved by the system," and this has got to drive letter D:

I can‘t access to view the content of this partition, but believes that this caused that I can no longer boot HDD Disk 0 with the drive letter F: (bootmanager is missing)

I also have another SSD as Disk 2 (EWindows 10 Pro Bootloader and Bootmanager on different Disks :) that has no extra partition after Windows 10 Pro installation - but not even this disk I can boot from, not even if I temporarily turn the first SSD Disk 1 C: off (bootmanager is missing).

Something must have happened that makes me not able to boot as I want and could before.

1 Anyone having ideas on how to best address this?

2 Can I safely remove the 100MB partition named “Reserved by the system”?

3 Are there any smart utilities that that can help me to see the contents of Hidden and/or Reserved partitions?

4 Is there a smart and easy way to change the boot order when and if I sort out the problems above?

P.S. As you might have guessed, I am not primarily interested in suggestions like “a clean reinstallation” where the content in total or partially might disappear.

Many questions, I know, but they all belong to the same problem area

Grateful for answers that in any way might help me

    Thomas

BIOS reporting "Realtek LAN cable not ready, enter setup for detail"

The message looks like a message from the BIOS, but it in fact, it is Windows 10 bootmanager, before presenting the bootmenu.

As far as a bootable USB, RUFUS is about the worst possible way to make one. This is the way to make a bootable USB flash drive compatible with both legacy BIOS and UEFI:
Create a Bootable USB Flash Drive

For step 9, make sure to use the FAT32 file system (read the important box after the step):
    9. To format the partition as FAT32, type format fs=fat32 quick, and then click ENTER.

For step 12, just mount the ISO file inside Windows and you will get a new drive letter that opens. Select all the files and folders in the new drive letter that opens and copy them to the prepared USB flash drive.

Its a Norwegian Windows 10 but you can look at the C:drive and the N: drive. There is the problem I think.
And speaking about Rufus, they are speeking about using Rufus all over the internet in support forum and all kind of tech sites.

I would start by physically swapping the SATA data cables between drive 0 and drive 1 (which will probably be SATA ports 1 and 2).

Yep, and whenever someone says, "I can't boot from my USB thumb drive." I ask, "What did you make it with?" The majority of answers I get are Rufus. I'm just speaking from experience of helping a lot of people on this forum. The settings you have to get right in Rufus are too many and too complicated and you have to set them in a particular order to get them to stick.

Those extra entries in the BIOS list are coming from the partitions you have marked as active on the other drives. You can remove the active flag from them in disk management. You really want only the partition you are booting from to be marked as active, which should be the first partition on drive 0 after you have swapped the data cables.
