Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro Build 1909 Out of Support Question

Hi everyone,I've got a computer which does not connect online. It is a Windows 10 Pro Build 1909. I've been performing regular offline cumulative updates to ensure security patches are up to date. As Microsoft announced it will no longer have cumulative updates for Build 1909 unless its Windows Enterprise since May 2021, I can no longer perform these security updates.Question now is whether its possible to update to the latest 21H1 skipping 2004, 20H2 and if so, what's the best way to do if the computer is offline? I know you can download the Windows Build 21H1 ISO file on Microsoft's

Windows 10 X64 Pro Rel 1909 Build 18363 No System Reserve

Question? I just built a new Windows 10 Pro System off a 1909 ISO DVD. This system was built on a 128GB SSD. When I went into Manage Disk Management, to check the partition build, I noticed there there is no System Reserve Area, just the New Volume "C",
for 119GB NTFS, Healthy (System Boot, Page File, Active, Crash Dump, Primary Partition).

Is this the new normal when building new Windows 10 Operating Systems with these new Microsoft Operating Systems ISO's? The new build shows up in Systems as: Windows 10 Pro, Version 1909, Installed 5/2/2020, OS Build 18363.418

Now I'm updating the "418" to a newer version?
