Windows 10: Windows 10 pro - Can not see MP4 previews

    Is there anyway to fix this? I work with a lot of these files and having the ability to preview would help immensly!

    mp4 files not visible in preview pane

    Hi,

    This problem might be caused by incorrect registry entries. For us to provide the best resolution possible, we would like to ask the following:

    • Were you able to check if the MP4 file preview is available before? If yes, are there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    A New Mp4 Player.

    I'm gonna buy a new Mp4 player. Suggest me some good ones, I personally like the Sony NWZ-F and Cowon iAudio 10.

    If there are any good or better please suggest!

    MP4 files preview

    I can't see the preview of MP4 files recently. The preview for webm. files is correct but MP4 & newly downloaded MP4 files have no preview. What's the problem?
