Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro cannot find / don't see the update to newer version of system

Hi!
Windows 10 Pro on my Lenovo Legion Y520 - 15IKBN stuck on version 1803 and doesn't see any update to newer versions. It downloads Windows Defender's security updates without any problems. I was looking on Lenovo website for devices that are supported for newer updates and my laptop is on the list.

So my question is why Windows 10 on my laptop can't see any updates?

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Is this updates for insider version of windows

Hi,
this is my first post and my enlish is poor so hope you understood.
I have Win 10 pro 64bit v.1511(10586.589)
I found on Windows 10 update archive page this four update

KB3193517
KB3193519
KB3195781
wich i don`t see in my update history list that is installed.
Is this update maybe for insider version?
