Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro; Can't access the Clipboard settings on 1803.

According to everything I can find, accessing the settings to turn on things like Win+V and so on all require me to go to Settings > System > Clipboard. This section isn't available to 1803 and only 1809, it seems.


The issue I'm running into is this, however; my PC won't update to 1809. According to it, 1803 (Build 17134.950) is the latest install. As such, I've no access to these settings at all. Is there any way possible that I can still access these settings and/or update my system?

according to Microsoft, I should be able to see my clipboard from the cloud by going to settings, system, clipboard. On my PC the clipboard setting is missing. a search in settings returns no results for clipboard. I use Windows 10 pro, version 1803. Also
my prt scrn no longer works

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Clipboard not showing in settings ---> system

Windows 10 Pro, 1803, 17134.48

FYI - since the 1803 update my system runs great. Zero complaints until now.

I was reading Brink's tutorial for pinning and unpinning items in the clipboard and when I tried to go to settings then system for the clipboard it wasn't there. I tried win+v hoping to popup something useful but to no avail. Then I used the reg key to Turn On Clipboard History accepting the uac warning and rebooted but still nothing.
