Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro corrupted and imopacting on Office 2021

I have Windows 10 Pro version 1909 64 bit us/english. I tried to repair via a number of ways and I cant get anywhere.chkdsk states "IfsUtil.dll was not found"sfc /scannow "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service"DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth "Error 87 The cleanup-image option is unknown"Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth "Error 87 The cleanup-image option is unknown"The media creation tool "There was a problem running this tool Error code 0x80040154 - 0x90018"Rest PC - can't complete error code I think waSystem restore "unspecified error during system

Only supported on Win10. Sorry, 8.1 users, only 4 years old, gotta go.

Yes, I use the Office 365 2021 suite and Dark Mode is an option.

To access, open any office program, click File then Options. In General, change Office Theme to whatever you like.
