Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro crashing after 1909 update

I finally updated my copy of windows 10 a couple of months ago and have had persistent instability ever since. I've been reading forums and trying to figure out what is causing windows to crash and the PC to reboot. I essentially use this computer as a HTPC that does some media management when the TV is off. The PC seems to crash right when I turn on the TV. It is a little intermittent. The windows reliability app led me to believe that it was a video driver issue. I have updated every driver I could find after the update, so I don't think an old driver is the issue at this point. I actually went and installed new video card hoping that it would work better, but that didn't improve the situation. In fact I think I might be getting some new hardware errors. The reliability data is below concerning the windows crashing issue that I have been fighting for the last two months...I'm under the impression that the error from 'nvhda64v' is a video card driver issue, but correct me if I'm wrong. I know people usually want to see the DMP file and that it is usually uploaded somewhere, so let me know how to do that if you want that file. I'm really hoping for a clear identification of the problem because I am out of ideas given what I thought the problem was. The PC never crashed before the 1909 update.

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.

 

Mafia 2 crashes on Windows 10

oki another update, weird I cloned my Windows 8.1 Pro to another SSD, after that I upgraded it to Windows 10 Pro and now Mafia 2 runs no issues no crashes so far

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
