Error codes in Device Manager in Windows. Please refer to
Code 31: "This device is not working properly" section and follow the suggested troubleshooting steps.

Microsoft Basic Display Adapter error code 31

Lately I’ve been experiencing constant crashes after every 20~ minutes of gaming, at first I thought it was the new Nvidia gpu update then I tried the older versions and i still kept crashing, and I noticed an exclamation mark next to my Microsoft basic display adapter in the device manager, my first question, is this the problem causing my crashes? If so please how do i fix it because every time i try updating the basic adapter i get the 31 error code and the issue still remains

Windows 10 Network Adapter for Asus Taichi 31 not there

Upgraded to windows 10 a while ago now, but recently my laptop (Asus Taichi 31) stopped connecting to wifi with the error message:

Install a driver for your network adapter - windows did not detect a properly installed network adapter. If you have a network adapter you will need to re-install the driver.

I tried downloading a network driver but it hasn't worked and I don't want to risk getting viruses by downloading heaps of stuff from random websites. My ethernet cord still works fine its just the wifi so any suggestions on what to do?
