    Windows 10 Pro - Do I have a virus? Can't run Updates - security won't work only Edge will...


    For the last few days I can't run Updates - security won't work only Edge will stay open. McAfee says computer needs to be reset.

    I have tried going back to previous versions of Windows but it says the reset won't work.

    Have tried safe mode - no good.

    Had Malwarebytes Premium and McAfee LiveSafe running for a long time - now neither will run or update.

    Seems everything but Edge won't work.
