Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro does not have Gaming mode in settings + achievements not showing

Recently built a new gaming PC and installed W10 pro on it. Xbox Game Bar initially only worked by typing it up in the W10 search bar and clicking on it, but now that doesn't work either along with Win + G. I've looked around and others have suggested downloading the Media Feature Pack for Windows 10 N, but I think the Pro version is supposed to come installed with it already, so I'm not sure. I have W10 Pro on my laptop as well and that has the Gaming mode with the same version of Windows 10 Pro. Sea of Thieves on Windows 10: can't unlock achievements

Normally, achievements will be unlocked once you complete a certain task, mission or challenge on the game. If you recently installed the game on your computer, I suggest that you uninstall the game first, and then reset the Windows Store cache by performing
the following steps:

• Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.
• Click on Command prompt (Admin).
• Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.
• Reinstall the game in question.
• Once done, attempt to unlock the achievement again.

If the achievements still don't unlock, I suggest that you raise this to our
Achievements Support team by taking the survey on this
link. They will help us to double check your account and validate if you completed the requirements to unlock an achievement on the game.

Why is game listed in Xbox achievements but not in collections or purchase history?

Went to Xbox LIVE achievements and it shows "Isanely Twisted Shadow Planet: SP" with no achievements. Went to Windows phone purchase history and there is no game listed. I don't recall loading the game and it's not in my collection list either. (I do
have this game on Steampowered but that has nothing to do with my Windows phone) Is this game somewhere else on my phone or possibly loaded partially?

 

Windows 10 Achievements not popping/unlocking/showing.

I posted this over on the Xbox Support Forum but I figured I would try here as well.

Figured I would attempt support with this.

Played Minecraft Win 10, Disney Infinity Win 10 and Minecraft Story Mode Win10. On both Disney and Minecraft Story got to a point that an achievement should unlock, it did not. Played it straight from the direct app. Uninstalled
games and reinstalled. Logged out of the xbox app. Logged back into the xbox app, launched the games from within the Xbox app. Played the games to the same point, still no achievements.

Rebooted computer, Removed games again, reinstalled and tried again. Still no achievements unlocking/displaying/anything really. The games DO show on my profile so they are registering that I am playing them.

Not sure if the Win8 solution applies to Win10. Note, 3 achievements have unlocked for Disney Infinity 3.0 as of last week but now it is like they do not exist. Have not attempted on a different computer or my surface yet.

Any other tips/ideas?

I have not removed the Xbox App yet, that was going to be my next step.
