    Windows 10 Pro error 0x800f0922 when installing 2018-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10...


    I have been getting 0x800f0922 every time Windows Update tries to install KB4228819 (2018-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803). This becomes like a continuous loop, running for about 20 minutes with restarts and it gets to 100% before saying it failed and it's uninstalling the changes. I've tried the DISM, and SFC commands along with Update Troubleshooter, which fixes nothing. So, I lose at least a half hour every day while this keeps happening. Does anybody have any new suggestions on how to fix this. Thanks. I like the wording on the failure message, "We can't fix the problem..." If "We(Microsoft)" can't fix it, WHO CAN ?

    Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

    Maybe try with the Windows update mini-tool, found here http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/t...dows-10-automatic-updates-and-spyware.218745/ , thanks to Mussels. it installed perfectly for me last night.

    Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

    This is the biggest update W10 ever had. Lol look at the file list.
    This is pretty good for those who installed Windows 10 today. Just one update that has everything, no need to install previous updates.
