Windows 10: Windows 10 pro for refurb pc

Hello. My company bought a refurb laptop Dell E6330, with a licence windows 10 pro for refurb pc´s.

We have a hard disk, a button and a motheboard problem. We decided to buy a new laptop but we want to use the licence from the dell laptop. It´s that possible? How do i proceed to use that licence?

If I use the media creation tool and create a Windows 10 PRO CD/DVD from an ISO image, will the license key/product key on the "Windows 10 PRO FOR REFURB PCS" sticker work?

Windows 10 Pro foe Refurb PCs

Bought this computer (Dell M6600, 2.8GHZ Quad Core) from a refurber on ebay. It came with a windows 10 Pro for REFURB PCs sticker and product key. What is installed is Windows 10 Home. I even did a total windows re-install based on the recovery image
on the laptop. It still came up HOME. I do not have a HOME key!!!!

The refurber, Dynamic Tech Direct, is not responding to messages. I am beginning to believe that 99.8% positive vender is fraud.

I can not afford $100 or $200 for Windows 10. What the heck do I do????? I need this to activate, even if its only HOME even through I have a PRO license sticker.

I know about the digital licensing. I was just wondering if Windows 10 Pro for Refurb PCS uses different installation media than Windows 10 Pro.
