Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro Fresh install Nothing Maximizes

hi,i just downloaded and did a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro from microsoft and quiet frankly i'm having a weird problem.when i boot into windows and try to launch anything it doesn't maximize.i see the default background with no icons on the desktop. i click on file explorer on task bar it shows it has an active window and when i hover my mouse over it shows me the preview window as well but when i click it and try to maximize it nothing happens.i tried launching it from search bar as well as start menu but the same result it shows active on the task bar but cant maximize it.i launched the

Fresh USB Windows 10 Install - Failing

I am trying to install a fresh copy (reformatted the hard disk) of windows 10 using a USB

• Created an installation media on a USB flash drive (Win 10 pro) from this page https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
• Changed the boot order on the other PC so that it boots using USB
• Selected custom install
• Installing Windows goes through the following steps successfully: Copying Windows Files, Getting Files ready for installation, Installing features, Installing updates and before the last step (Finishing up), it restarts
• Then it goes back to the start of the installation steps

I am stuck and have read numerous posts but don't know what to do to install a fresh copy of Win 10.

 

Clean Windows 10 (?PRO?) install

I have bought a legit "Windows 10 Pro" key of a key website. It is legit since i'm currently using it for over a year now. I currently have Windows 10 Pro installed on my PC and I want to do a clean install. I just can't find the windows 10 Pro download in the tool. But if i could use a windows 10 pro key with a normal windows 10 install, I'll be good to go.
