Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro - How to disable Backup reminder in Start Menu?

Dear fellow Windows hostages,I am looking for a solution to disable the constant and annoying back-up reminders that appear on the Start Menu NOT the ones that appear in the Notification Center at the bottom-right next to the clock I already know how to turn those ones off. Attached is a screenshot that will show you what I mean - when you open the Start Menu, sometimes there is a small orange circle that appears attached to the slightly-larger circle that contains your account/profile picture; usually this circle means updates are pending and will give you the 'Update and Restart' and 'Upda

yeah I've been less than happy with the start menu also.
for me I for me I get freezes in start menu, especialy returning from sleep...which reminds me sleep is such a pain in the butt since I switch to Windows 10. Either waking up on its own, or system freezes when recovering from sleep

Stardock was a nice switch from vanilla, but i wasnt gonna buy it and 30 days goes by quick.

Tried the fist no dice. Even tried uninstalling Kasperski still no go
