    I think I've found the answer, officially on whether Windows 10 Pro can be made to be HIPAA compliant, specifically in regards to unauthorized access to ePHI information.

    How many small businesses do not qualify for Windows 10 Education and cannot afford Windows 10 Enterprise that may be required to secure client data following HIPAA regulations?

    Also, I could not find the information it collects, which used to be online at:

    Did they remove that? Or, is it now called something else? That's how I found the first link, was because Microsoft provided it on the 404 page when i tried to open the second link. Is there a way to completely insure that ePHI data is never included in any telemetry or "diagnostic data" using Windows 10 Pro?

    Why does Microsoft have to be so evil? I MUST have this OS to support my clients; as a single seat business, I cannot afford the Enterprise license and in good faith cannot guarantee my clients that their information is not accessed by unauthorized individuals with Windows 10 Pro.

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
