Windows 10: Windows 10 pro key doesn't work after system reset.

I got a windows 10 pro key that I got when I bought my pre-built PC around 3 years ago, I never had to re-enter it after the very first time i did back then and I've reset my PC multiple times before, but last week I had a problem with my SSD and I couldn't boot my system up again, I already had a media creation tool USB made from that system so I used it to re-install windows but on my hard drive this time.

However I noticed that the system activated itself on a HOME version (I got a digital license for that) instead of it staying at pro like it usually does with a normal reset, I didn't think much of it and looked for my old pro key that my OEM gave me but I can't get it to work. Windows keeps giving me "error 0xc004f050"

I think it might be becuase the system somehow things I'm on a different PC or something, is there a way I can fix this issue?

Activation of Windows 10 Pro doesn´t work

Hallo, i can´t activate my windows 10 Pro (free upgrade from windows 7);

Info: 0xC0EA000A

Manual activation doesn´t work either.

Important (i think): I had to re-install windows 10 (3 or even 4 times). because I had massive problems with "Start and Cortana Issues".

I hope, I don´t have to search the old product key.

PS. Yes, Windows 7 was genuine.

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

what should I do with it?
