    Windows License Expiring Soon

I had my laptop's memory changed from hdd to ssd last month. The laptop, a Lenovo Ideapad came with windows 10. I'm now getting an alert that my windows license is expiring soon. It pops up very frequently and is becoming a nuisance. I suspect that the
service center that modified my laptop installed windows 10 and cracked it using some form of keygen. How do I fix this? Does windows really expire?
