Windows 10: Windows 10 pro Microsoft VPN, will not add - black line appears at the top and bottom -

Hi Microsoft,


Have tried to reach you on several platforms still have no answer to this.


Windows 10 pro Microsoft VPN, will not add - black line appears at the top and bottom - of the blue page


This has started doing this on some pcs.


This is somewhat bad for us as we use Microsoft RRAS , remote access management, direct access and vpn of which we validate users against our AD.


From the windows 10 pro client side it does not seem to matter the type of vpn client we add the process never completes.


We hope someone can advise urgently as this is really going to stuff up our SOE which is Microsoft.

I am not an expert about Vpn and that's why I would like to know if someone could list me a few trusted Vpns, I would really appreciate any suggestion/ advice.

Microsoft VPN client won't add (windows 10 pro)

Hi,

We have noticed from time to time that when we type vpn in the cortana search box and follow the process to add an ms vpn client that after filling in all of the values and clicking the add button (on the big blue window) that a black bar appears over the
top and bottom of the window, the circular dots just spin around and nothing happens and as a result the vpn is never added....

This seems to happen either on pcs that have been upgraded from home to pro or to windows 10 pro pcs that have had teamviewer installed.

Please advise asap.
