Windows 10: Windows 10 pro misbehaving

I have been using Windows 10 pro for a long time now. Currently I am using it on a Haier Y11C. It was shipped with Windows 10 pro. From the past 2 or 3 days my touchpad is misbehaving a lot. Some times it gets freezed, doesn't allow me to do anything. Touchpad and Mouse settings go crazy too. The setting for both the buttons interchange, sometimes left click works as middle button or right click. I don't know why this is happening but it is hampering my work greatly.

To add to this, previously I used Windows 10 on a Dell system and it used to happen with that machine too, I thought this was because of machine but now this is happening to my new machine.

The PC is set for automatic update system and Windows Defender also didn't catch any malicious thing too.

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Can't upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro

I suggest you to download and create an installation media for Windows 10 Pro form the link provided below:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows10

After the installation media is created, suggest you to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro from the installation media. When the upgrade asks for product key, enter the product key purchased for Windows 10 Pro. If it does not accept, suggest you to skip the activation
step. After the Operating System is installed, suggest you to activate by phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select the Region from the list and click Next.
• Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.
