Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro not booting after a blue screen of death

Hello, so recently on my person desktop I got a blue screen of death exception with the error code HYPERVISOR_ERROR. I let it restart, but after the restart it wouldn't boot up to windows. I have a Ryzen 7 3700x with 2x8gb of G-SKILL Ripjaws, and a 500gb Western Digital SSD i have windows on along with a 1TB Western Digital hard drive as well. I also have a ASUS TUF Gaming B550-PLUS motherboard. So far, I've tried turning on and off SVM, tried booting windows from a USB, but it still wouldn't load up the installation, instead being stuck in a boot loop like before. Before I try to wipe my SSD clean and start with a fresh installation of windows, any ideas on how I can fix this?
