    Hey!The company I work for have a quadient franking machine and it isnt working. The company who supplies our franking machine instructed us to do these steps to test the network:"Login to the PC and open a command prompt e.g. from Start > Run > cmd.exe and try the following:Type ipconfig and press enterType hostname and press enter"The results were received were:"Windows ConfigurationEthernet adapter ethernet:All tests confirmed: media disconnected"Any idea what this would mean and in terms of franking- if it's a connection problem with our desktops or a franking machine itself.
