    We are a Skilled Nursing Facility with many PCs and Laptops that are using primarily a browser connection to EMR software for charting on patients. Recently many of the PCs all at once want to update to Windows 11 Pro. We can't do that all at once as it would cripple our internet connection. I have declined those messages. Many of the PCs also want to run windows update all at once as well. I try to pause this action or stagger the updates as we are a 24/7 facility that uses the EMR software to pass meds and chart on patients.The other recent thing that has happened some of the PCs are showing

    Extreme Bandwidth Usage . Need Help Fast Please

    My ISP is "sparklight". My plan includes 100mps download speed and i get 300 gb of data each month. Suddenly my usage spiked and i'm trying to get to the bottom of it. I found a windows 10 setting that shows "system" using a ton of bandwidth. I'm in the process of unchecking things in the firewall that look new and turning off services i don't use. I'm getting in over my head and need a professional to take a look at this please?

    Reduce bandwidth usage in windows 10.

    Hi everybody!

    I installed windows 10 and I really like it BUT it uses bandwidth too much.

    Maybe this doesn't have meaning for you, but in our country we must pay for each gigabyte of bandwidth we use.

    Please help me and suggest me ways to reduce this usage!

    So I've updated Windows 10 and noticed that my internet was really slow. I found that svchost.exe is using 90% of my Internet bandwidth(1mbps).

    Any idea what's happening? how to stop this?
