Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro purchase online Microsoft website - where to download?

Anyone purchase Win 10?

Showing me shipping in progress? Only need to download Win 10 and get product key. I don't have the option to download it.

I can go the the local computer shop and get Win 10 faster


If I ask for a refund, there is an option that says "Return the product and we'll issue the refund". There is no product to return, how do I follow up with that?


Any suggestions?

Purchased Windows 10 pro upgrade stuck on working on it

• When exactly does the Windows 10 pro upgrade gets stuck? - After i purchased it from the microsoft online store and after clicking no on save files before upgrade (or something like that ), i go back to the screen and i see working on it ....

  Are you getting any error message? - None at all
  

What i did, is that after awhile, it seems to be stuck, i restarted the laptop.

Which is good news actually, because Windows 8.1 is loads cheaper than previous versions (retail licensing at Windows 7 OEM prices). And it sort of puts a huge hole in the Windows subscription theory.

it would've been great if microsoft added HEVC decoders, LAV filters along with other codecs with Windows 10, and developing WMP to be better than VLC, KMPlayer and such sorts of media players.

Nevertheless, this is good step for microsoft, by far.
