Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro Starts Button Freezing

I have had this problem since 3 or 4 months ago, but I have tried to reinstall the window, but it seems still not working, and I also try before the SFC scans to check any corruption files. is there any other solution?

Upgrade to Pro Freezing


You did not indicate the edition (Home, Pro, ... ) - Since you mentioned upgrade to Pro, I'll guees that it was Home (as NavyLCDR stated).

Try this:

1. Select Next to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro.
   
   
2. After your device is upgraded to Windows 10 Pro, you'll need to activate Windows. Select the Start
   
   button, then select Settings > Update & security > Activation.
   
   
3. Select Change product key, and then enter your 25-character Windows 7 Ultimate, Windows 7 Professional, Windows 8 Pro, Windows 8 Pro Pack, Windows 8.1 Pro, or Windows 8.1 Pro Pack product key.
   
   
4. Select Next to activate Windows 10 Pro

Windows 10 (Pro 64bit) randomly freezes

Windows 10 - Start button freezes

Windows 10-Start Button freezes, does not work. I just did a complete system restore, and the button worked for a while, and freezing again.
