Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro update fails with error 0x800703f1

Hi


I have a client PC running Window 10 Pro 64 bit which keeps failing the Windows update with error 0x800703f1. I have considered rolling back the most recent updates, however if this is a problem with the Windows update process then I'd need to repair that and try update again. McAfee is installed for anti-virus protection.

I've upgrade windows 7 home basic to windows 10 on early August 2015 and then get some updates thru windows update, but unfortunately since end of September 2015 until now, I always fail to update Windows 10, the error message
always appear :

"There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help:

•

  note :windows defender update is still working thru windows update
  
  it makes me disappointed, is there Any body can help me?

Windows 10 Update Center gives me error 0x800703f1


For the last month and a half I've been getting error 0x800703f1 while trying to update Windows 10 Pro x64 (KB3105210, KB3087040, KB3106932 and the new Treshold 2 to be exact). Manual installation failed at Step 2. I tried EVERYTHING. From SFC to DISM, from Deleting stuff in SoftwareDistribution to using Windows Update troubleshooter. NOTHING helped. Is there any way to fix this without having to reinstall my entire OS because I have some valuable information on my PC which I DON'T want to lose. I really would appreciate if someone would help me out here

...Try contact Toshiba ----they as whats happend for the last 5 years with Windows 7,8 and they didnt ask any more.

..I got copy of System Info File and System Log file . I got problem with USB ports as they do not want to read USB and WD external drives.
