Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro Upgrade disables ability to use colored title bars

This morning Microsoft sent that new "Service Pack" update out to my PC running Windows 10 Pro and now the mod used to make the windows title bar color change to anything than the white crap Microsoft uses will no longer work.
I have tried twice to apply the color theme I had used before the update to make them colored again and it doesn't work. I even removed the mod and re did all the steps to make a new theme and still it doesn't work.
If anyone finds a work around please let me know this white title bar crap gives me a headache

Get colored title bars without changing whole color scheme?

Is there a way in Threshold 2 Update to get the colored titled bar without changing your whole color scheme?

I like the default start menu and taskbar colors. But in order to get a colored "title bar" i.e. see your active window with focus, you need to change the global color setting that changes Start, taskbar, action center, & title bar. There doesn't seem to
be a similar color to choose like the default color of the Start Menu.

I was very disappointed to find out colored title bars are not enabled by default.

The lack of color for the active window that has focus was the most annoying thing about Windows 10. They seemed to have brought it back, but I'm sure hardly any people are going to use it and enable it since it's disabled by default.

Any way to change ONLY the focused window's title bar color?

I have two rather old programs, Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 and Macromedia Flash 8, which I use a lot. In Windows 10, the background color and text color of panel title bars are changed to black (background) and white (text). It used to be black text on a medium
blue/gray background. I learned that with Windows 10 Threshold 2, you can specify a color for your title bars, and I had hoped upgrading would solve the problem. Unfortunately, this only applies to window title bars; the colors of the panel title bars still
cannot be controlled.

However, when using a high contrast theme, the panel title bar colors are affected. So I was wondering if these color values could be adopted somehow into a regular theme. Since a high contrast theme is very ugly and therefore not an option for me.

 

I don't know what fixed this but while surfing the web looking for a new fix to the white title bars my screen flickered and the color mod theme is working again.

 

Well I thought it was working turns out after a reboot it IS still broken if anyone figures out how to get colored title bars back in Windows 10 please let me know. I'm going to go look what else was broken by the update
