Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro upgrade from 1511 to 1803 error 0xX1900101-0x30017

Hi,


I have tried to upgrade windows 10 Pro from 1511 version to latest 1803 version Online(windows update) as well as media creation tool(USB flash drive) but it fails with following errors :

1. Stop Code : MEMORY MANAGEMENT

2. SYSTEM_THREAD_EXEPTION_NOT_HANDLED(rtsuvc.sys)

3.0xC1900101-0x30017 the installation failed in FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during BOOT operation.


I have tried below activities to troubleshoot without success :

1. Tried upgrade without any external media attached to laptop and no third party security software installed.

2. Tried with clean boot as instructed on help section.

3. Repair hard drive errors via command prompt.

4. Restore and repair system files using command prompt.


Please assist on upgrading my HP probook from 1511 to latest patch.

I've pasted the results of all three drives into the same text file. Drives F,E & C(OS) in that order.

I guess I'm ready with the backups too. I have a backup from a week or so back and that should be enough if need be. I've also familiarized myself with the Driver Verifier procedure. So, that will be the next step, right?

edit: I've since made a find. Yesterday, I made the mistake of not searching whole of C: for the drivers. I only looked in the Windows folder. The LUMDriver happens to belong to one of the softwares I've installed: CATIA. Maybe uninstalling it should take care of that, hopefully.
@zbook - would it be OK for me to run the driver verfier now or should I first try uninstalling CATIA?

I can answer some of the queries right away as below:

My core security software is Bitdefender Total Security. I also have Malware bytes (free version- no active protection) installed for secondary use.

I have Veracrypt installed but don't use it for system partition encryption. I also have Diskcryptor in use for an external hard disk. Again no system level encryption.

Note: The most recent installation attempt was done with tweaked settings to the above ( Complete dumps, Unchecked Auto Restart, Unchecked overwrite etc). All prior installations were made on default settings. Also, no changes were made to the Virtual memory settings. All on default.

The current Bluetooth software in use (with a few tweaks) is the Windows 10 compatible one (Widcomm BT_12.0.1.0240_Broadcom) downloaded from the Broadcom website during the initial Windows 10 release. The OEM one Widcomm 365 Bluetooth Module was incompatible since the beginning (Windows10). I also happen to have a Logitech Bluetooth mouse... Not aware of any other Broadcom products in use.

Note the above software Widcomm BT_12.0.1.0240_Broadcom is no longer available for download on their site and you're merely notified to update via Microsoft.

None as per my knowledge. Not sure if Malwarebytes has any links to Reason Core Security.
