    Windows 10 Pro, Version 1803, OS Build 17134.228 upgraded August 16, 2018


    The latest Windows 10 update has uninstalled Norton Utilities and Ashampoo Clipfinder several times without notification. These worked perfectly well under the previous version. The programs were the latest updates/downloads.

    Also the latest version of Windows 10 will not print envelopes from MS Word. Word is version 2003 from the Office Professional Suite, but all programs have previously run correctly under Windows 10 ever since I migrated from Windows 8.1 a few years ago. (Kings Office Free A.K.A. WPS Office still works correctly.) Put the envelope in the printer and press the print button but nothing is printed. The document/letter etc prints without any problem. Anybody got ideas how to overcome these problems without purchasing the latest version of MS Office?

    version 4.16.17656.18052 was the first time it occurred

    Am I going to have to contact windows for repetitive reoccurrences

    or will windows fix the problem?
