    Windows 10 Prof 64 bit not able to identify Webcam on HP Pavilion 20 all-in-one PC


    I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 prof 64 bit version on my HP Pavilion 20 All-in-one PC. Since the upgrade, Windows is not able to recognize the webcam. I have tried installing HP drivers which came with the PC, but they wont work as they do not seems to be compatible with Windows 10. I have search HP website but it does not have any drivers for the model. I referred to some community post online to try installing legacy hardware through Device Manager, but there is no imaging device listed. To install driver through add Hardware mode, I need the driver file which is not available.


    Pl help in solving the issue...

    HP Pavilion dv7-6c95dx HP TrueVision HD webcam no longer detected.

    After updating my Hp Pavilion dv7-6c95dx from windows 7 64 bit to windows 10 64 bit home, my laptop no longer detects my webcam. In Device Manager, I'm getting the following errors: Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed), 0xA00F4244(0xC00DABED).
    I've searched thru the internet and have tried the listed fixes but have had no luck. Please help

    Webcam that works with Windows 10 Home (64 bit)

    Hi...

    I recently got a new computer with Windows 10 Home (64 bit) on it. My old webcam will not work with this version of windows. I was wondering if anyone has a suggestion for a webcam that works with this version of Windows. I've found numerous that works with
    Windows 10, but not with the 64 bit version.

    The HP Webcam on my Pavilion g6 laptop is not working and NOT listed in the device manager since Windows 10 was loaded.
