Windows 10: Windows 10 Professional isn't on the Media Creation Tool?

Ok thanks. Maybe the pc is trying to download the fall update from the update manager while the setup is downloading the security patch. Now there is no way to stop the first one, I guess, so I'll try to re.....No, I've just checked from BITS, there is only one active job for 260mb and it is downloading at 1% every 5min and seems to be normal.


Do you know how to get the path the win setup manger is using? I want to try to copy this sec patch and forcedly paste it on the next pc I have to update.

Ok. Adding /verbose to the /list command it returns more infos. This is the file it is downloading:

SHIT! it is 2gb! I misread it. This update system is CRAZY! Windows is for the most part updates still after 30 years there is no way to manage them properly

This thing is not sustainable anymore. I give up and install linux. Win 10 will end up in a virtual machine CRAKED in the face, microsoft bitches

 

You could download the 2 patches KB3105211 and KB3103688 and add to your 1511 ISO before updating your other machines if you wanted.

They are very small though (48MB and 18MB).

 

So you don't intend to upgrade your linux system ever? So you'll be running an unpatched insecure outdated system, just.. with a different name? Have fun managing linux updates properly..
