    Windows 10 Professional, UAC pops up whenever I launch almost any app


    After the last Windows 10 updates, UAC pops up almost whatever application gets launched, e.g. Photoshop. How can I tackle this? In settings UAC is set to one step just before completely disabling it.

    mouseover information. How do I turn it off?

    In Windows 10, whenever my mouse pointer hovers over a quick launch icon on the taskbar, a information window pops up (for example, the Cortana icon pops up a window that says, "ask me anything") Can this be disabled? My app won't launch if I click on
    it while this information is displayed, it almost like I have to trick it or sidestep the info box to open it. Any ideas?

    Why isn't Windows Store and Xbox App launching?

    I can't launch the WIndows Store or Xbox App. The window pops up and closes almost instantly. Also Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition launches but won't connect to Xbox Live Account. If there's any help or info on this I would appreciate it. If further information
    is needed please let me know.

    Windows 10 Professional, UAC pops up whenever I launch almost any app

    I disable it altogether (lowest rung) but new build resets it occasionally, Security center does it too some times.
