Windows 10: Windows 10 programs won't open until I turn mobile hotspot on and off.

I've had this problem for a week now, my cpu wouldn't update in taskmanager before reinstalling windows again. I though maybe it'll fix the issue. It did until I couldn't open any programs on a fresh install. I started to fiddle around and came across hotspot, i turned it on and off and all of the sudden all the programs i tried to open, all opened at once.I have to do this every 10-20 minutes or so if I want to open a new program.What could be the issue, it's really strange.

Windows 10 Mobile Hotspot Not working

Hi,

Your Bluetooth connection may be enabled which prevents you from setting up your mobile hotspot. To have this addressed, we suggest turning off the Bluetooth connection and see if you're able to set up your mobile hotspot. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings and select Devices.
• Click Bluetooth, then toggle it OFF.

Once done, check if you can now turn on your computer's mobile hotspot. Let us know how it goes.

Projecting to this PC with Mobile Hotspot turned on ?

I'm on Windows 10 Pro version 1909 trying to cast my Android phone to Windows 10 with Mobile Hotspot turned on.

The phone is connected to the internet with Windows 10 Mobile Hotspot, but the screen cast is only is working when Mobile Hotspot is turned off.

Is there a way to screen cast with Mobile Hotspot turned on ?
