    frozen blue/purple screen with circle of dots

    I purchased windows 10 for my newer and older computers. The newer one is the first to get a download. Upon completion, it would not allow the computer to restart to a screen, just the blue/purple screen with the swirling dotted circle. I have tried
    everything and have spent hours trying to get beyond this. I have used the old laptop to try to find ways to fix it online and no luck for my problem. Most issues are a frozen screen after the use of the computer for whatever. Help! I want my money back
    and ****!!! I am ready to throw it all out the window.

    WD Purple or Blue?

    For 24/7 go with the Purple. I'd suggest going the Red, if your budget allows for it.
    Also look for specials, sometimes you can pick up a 3TB drive for the price of a 2TB.
