    Windows 10, QuickBooks 2017 and Outlook 2013


    When I upgraded to a laptop with Windows 10 installed on it already, I can no longer email from within Quickbooks 2017 Pro. I have tried the clean install for QB, changing my preferences, etc. Nothing works. Very unhappy with Windows 10.


    What else have I missed if anything? Solution?

    I too had asked that question. I did some more research and found that QuickBooks 2013 would not be compatible. I also learned that this year there would no longer be support for QuickBooks 2013 from Intuit. So, I upgraded to the 2016 version of QuickBooks.
