  2. How to reduce memory usage in window 10?

Ram usage in window 10 goes up to 75% and above. Most of the size is used by system and system host. I have disabled as many Windows services as possible and change many setting but there is no change. The RAM size is 4 GB so
i really want to reduce the RAM usage.

For games, you really need more memory - I would upgrade to 8 GB.

Try turning off system prefetch services by running services.msc.

Of that 4gb of memory installed, only 2.7gb appears to be useable so its really tight.

  10. If possible, you should go for Windows 32-bit instead, it has a bit smaller RAM footprint.
Disable Windows Defender - NoDefender, use something light like 360 Essential.
Install CleanMem Free, no need to do anything else with it.

Your disk is running at 100%, if you are running a game, this seems to be the issue, not the RAM.

Can you post a screenshot of your task manager, detailed view, click on the Disk tab to organise by process accessing the disk most?
If your disk access is always high, something is definitely wrong. (Should settle to 0 when idle, no routine maintenance, updates etc).

Hardware limitation of the chipset on the motherboard. That motherboard has the old Intel G31 chipset which only supports up to 4 GB of RAM,

Intel 82G31 Graphics and Memory Controller) Specifications

Foxconn PRODUCT : Motherboard : Details

Just had a look at the manual for that board and there is no option for memory remapping which would allow it to use the full 4 GB when using a 64 bit OS. Basically means that what you see is what you get regardless of using 32 bit or 64 bit. You also have a 2 GB video card, which means you're lucky to have as much available as you do.
