Hello and thank you in advance for the help.

I recently built a new computer January 2020 to be exact. Here are the specs in case they play a role in all of this.

    Intel i9-9900k

    MSI MEG ACE Z390 motherboard

64gb Corsair Dominator RGB 3200mhz ram

    1tb Corsair MP510 NVMe

    EVGA RTX2060 Super

    Corsair HX1200i Powersupply

all corsair fans, and corsair commander pro managing them.

I've also got 5 3.5in 7200 rpm drives for my media

In the beginning, there were almost no crashes. Then they got worse and the community mentioned a windows update causing the BSOD' so i reformatted the drive and reinstalled windows. The crashes continued a few days after reinstalling. Most of the crashes always occured while the computer was idle but over the last few days they've occured while using the computer. I've tried numerous fixes, as the dump file read something different everytime. I even tried enabling Driver Verifier which resulted in the computer unable to successfully boot and constantly crashed and restarted.

I've done stress testing on the CPU and it works fine, no crashing or overheating.

I've stress tested the GPU, again no crashing or overheating.

I've ran Memtest86 twice now, all 8 attempts have passed with no errors.

I consider myself technical and capable but this has left me stumped. i've put a link below to all of the dump files from recent in hopes someone can help me dissect them further.

BSOD Help (also crashes without BSODs and dump files)

The rebooting issue I am suffering does not generate a blue screen or dump files. After doing some research, it was recommended that I try running Windows' driver reviewer to stress the drivers and potentially generate BSODs to gain some insight into what could be causing the aforementioned reboots. Once I began running reviewer, that is when I was able to create blue screens and the dump files that I attached to this post. Hopefully, they are pointing me in the right direction; however, I am a bit skeptical. Since I cannot seem to cause a reboot using cpu, ram, or gpu stress tests, I find it very difficult to pinpoint whether my problem is with hardware or software. I hope your suggestion to uninstall Panda fixes the problem, but only time will tell.

DPC Watchdog Violation Windows 10 - Random Crashes

So after doing the Verifier method you listed above again. I booted my computer four different times. All of which resulted in a crash before Windows ever even booted. I waited significant periods of times before rebooting, in hopes that it would write a
dump file, but I cannot locate any dump files from these specific crashes in my /Windows/Minidump location.

Please help me resolve this as I am still experiencing random DPC Watchdog crashes.

BSOD Help (also crashes without BSODs and dump files)

Random reboots aren't the same as bluescreens, there are a few different crashes

    1. Freeze crash, nothing responds anymore so it is impossible to create a dump because the functions can't be called and also nothing is actually triggering the function for a bluescreen for whatever reason,
    2. Shutdown/restart crash, the system doesn't have the time for it,
    3. Bluescreen crash, this is actually a real system crash, at least I wouldn't call a freeze and shutdown/restart a real system crash.

Only with bluescreens dumps are generated.
