    Windows 10 random freeze - everything is stuck


    Hello,

    With the new installation of Windows 10, everything randomly freezes when I use the computer. The mouse keeps moving, but that's it. I can't open an application (just doesn't show up), I can't open a new website (just keeps loading), etc. until everything completely freezes where I can't move my mouse anymore. Very annoying, since I use this laptop for school and this issue happens randomly in class.

    How to troubleshoot random freeze, sometimes recoverable sometimes not

    I just started a brand new installation on a new SSD. Same random freeze. All drivers are up to date and Windows 10 are up to date. There is no virus or malware.

    I can't find any sign in reliability history or event log telling me what's causing the freeze.

    I'd like to know what can Windows tell us where it got stuck.

    Hi!

    Ever since the KB3200970 update got installed on my Windows 10 laptop, I have constantly been facing random freezes. Sometimes my laptop freezes and then starts responding after a few seconds. However, most of the times, it just freezes and does not respond
    at all. This happens whenever I try to use Edge or work on Solidworks. Everything has been working fine before this update.
