    again in 2020 i guess this is a very lame ques to ask but anyway my question is does this feature only work while i am using a microsoft account to log in or does it also work with a local account instead? Also in one of my computer it is working which is linked with a microsoft account and in other one it does not. please somebody help !

    Your suggestion did not help me at all. I enjoyed the random pictures before login. Suddenly they don't appear anymore. How about spending time stabilizing Windows 10. I'm Windows 10 Home, v. 10.0.14393, build 14393. I hope you can offer something more

    Windows 10 random pre-login pictures

    I too have lost the random pre-login pictures. I am not able to set under personalisation/lock screen the "preview" option nor the spotlight option. Under background I am able to set spotlight option but only get the 6 fixed photos from Microsoft and not
    the photos from around the world. Has the option of random photos from around the world now been stopped?
