Windows 10: Windows 10 Random Restarting Kernel-41 error 63

This issue has been very confusing to me, and any help would be deeply appreciated.So, I have recently upgraded my pc and I am constantly having black screens whenever I’m in a game, doing some task or when I’m idle at the home screen.My pc specifications:Cpu: Ryzen 5 5600Gpu: Rtx 306032 gigs of ram, with xmp profile turned on I have 4 identical models. However, I installed 2 new ones, which were sold at a different country?Corsair cx750m psu I swapped from a cx550m psu because I thought that was the source of the issueMbo: B450m pro vdh-maxI have a pretty mediocre sshd and a 4tb ironwolf

Kernel-Power 41 (63). Had same problem last year but it disappeared. Now it back, and my computer restart like 2-3 times a day. Mostly on idle power, without games. Computer has about 18 months. Please let me know what kind of information I should past here. Thanks for help! (I made a lot of steps from youtube, but nothing helps). Windows 10 here.

I've already torn down, cleaned, and reassembled every single piece of hardware on my PC.

Please note the last column - the figures in that column indicate the minutes over 24 hours since the last DPC_Watchdog shutdown. I've been tracking this since early November. If it was a hardware issue, don't you think the errors would be more random in
nature?

Additionally, I have a laptop that's barely 2 years old and it's experiencing the exact same thing. But, it's got completely different hardware from the PC. How does Microsoft explain that? They won't, don't or can't.

I'm learning to live with the issue, but it REALLY **** me off.
