Windows 10: Windows 10 randomly disabling and/or deleting drivers.

As stated in title.

I've been having issues with my Laptop (Acer A515-51) PC over the past few months. This seems to only occur if I allow the PC to automatically go into sleep mode (there is no hibernate mode available for my PC).

At times, random drivers will be uninstalled. Sometimes they're vital or just a P.I.T.A. like audio drivers or WiFi drivers. This last time it was the Audio drivers, again (Realtek). This forced me to reinstall the OEM drivers and then restart. After restart, my PC would not load Windows. This, in turn, forced me to perform a restore point (which was 3 days ago).

Prior to this event, I'd noticed my internet browsers were very laggy. It did not matter if I had extensions active or not. I reinstalled both Chrome and Firefox to no avail. After this event, they both seem to work flawlessly.

Has anyone had a similar experience, and if so, what could I do to mitigate these problems (other than disable sleep mode)? Does anyone have any other solutions to these or similar problems?

Edit: I'm using V. 1903 because V. 2004 seems to be horrendously awful on my PC for the moment.

The Ultimate Realtek HD Audio Driver Mod for Windows 10

Hey Dj Urko, I am trying to install the realtek driver and I get the error 0x0001. I have disabled secure boot and Driver signature. I have the latest win 10 build. What am I doing wrong? Can u post the complete list of steps that I have to take? I have an asus z170 with alc1150.

Everyone that post ids, need just do these steps and you will be good. I kinda tired of keep on uploading the inf. file

1.Go Open up device manager
2. Go under sound,video, and game controllers
3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
4. Right click and hit update driver
5. Browse my computer for driver software
6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
10. Click Next and Yes
additional if you want dts audio and others, install it now before next step.
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.
