Windows 10: Windows 10 randomly rebooting with a bluescreen

Hello; for the past few months I've been experiencing random reboots of my laptop with Windows 10 installed. Curiously, they never occur while I'm actually actively using my laptop, but rather when it's idle with screen turned off or when I try to perform any task after a while of not-using it.I've tried uninstalling unneccessary software. I've also checked my drive with HDTune and RAM with Windows diagnostic tool for any damage but everything seems fine. Here's the error report from the event viewer:- <Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event">-

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

2. Do you see any error code along with the message “DRIVERS POWER STATE FAILURE”?
   
3. Are there any external devices connected to your computer?
   

The usual causes for bluescreen errors are Graphic card drivers and Network adapter drivers. We can go ahead and try to update the drivers.

Windows 10 freezes randomly

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin

I had tried that as well... no result.
