Windows 10: Windows 10 Randomly stutters sometimes/freezes and I have to force shut down from button

I started facing this issue a couple of days ago. Happened once the first day then kept getting worse. Now I get a freeze and I have to force shut down about 2-3 times a day, other than the stuttering. After that, I tried every method out there. First, I updated all drivers, cleaned my memory and scanned for viruses, I disabled my second HDD to see if it was the problem, then did every single fix out there and nothing worked out. After that, I reset my computer to factory settings without keeping any of my older files. It was normal again but the issue started reappearing the second day. I am

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin

LAPTOP FREEZES RANDOMLY

Hello Community,

As my title says, my laptop freezes randomly.

I have tried so many ways, but didn't go well.

The laptop freezes randomly, I can't do anything about it except force it to shut down by long pressing the power button.

Can't put it to sleep, can't use the crtl+alt+del, nothing.

Could it be a hardware problem?

Very frustrated with it freezing up on me randomly, and I believe it hurts the computer too with force shut down,

please help!
