Windows 10: Windows 10 RDP - An Internal error has occured

Hi Team,


I am using remote desktop to connect my cloud server. I am using windows 10 and I am currently receiving "An internal error has occured" warning message when connecting to remote system.


I tried various solutions given in the internet but nothing works fine.

RDP - An Internal Error has Occured

Hello,

I have a Server running Windows Server 2003 and I just completed many Windows Security updates, about 130 in total and unfortunately I didn't document which ones.

After the install I rebooted the servers and not when I attempt to RDP into them I get the message "An Internal Error has Occurred"

Could there have been a security update that is preventing me from using RDP now?

I saw in a previews thread that unchecking the "Reconnect if the Connection is dropped" option under the Experience tab might work but it did not.

Please help if possible.

RDP refers to Remote desktop connection

i am trying to connect to the Clint from another PC.

the error i am having is "internal error has occurred"

ye i do make a change . i did system restore but it is still the same.
