    Windows 10 RDP Session Freezing


    We are using Claris filemaker pro 19.6.3.302 on Windows 10.. we keep getting applications freezes randomly and the app will not error or close you have to end task... you only get a spinning circle... I created DMP file while it happened but do not know how to read it..     RDP Windows 10 1909 Keeps Freezing

    I have a user who just got a laptop which is running windows version 2004 build 19041.572 and uses an RDP connection to his desktop which has OS Version 1909 build 18363.1082 (enterprise). He has been experiencing freezing from the RDP Session multiple
    times. If he closed the RDP session and restarts it he can go back to using his desktop just where he left off. He started using his RDP on Friday, he experienced three freezes and today he has had Four freezes. What could be causing this issue? We have
    multiple users accessing their desktops through RDP but he is the only one who is having these freeze issues? Any assistance would be helpful.

    Windows 10 freezes locally after a successful RDP session

    Source and destination machine is Windows 10 64bit. When I RDP and disconnect when finished and then return to the local machine that I RDP'd into, that machine will immediately freeze after logging in. This only started after the source machine was rebuilt
    with a clean install of Windows 10. Previously with Windows 8.1 on the source, this was not an issue when using RDP to connect to the same Windows 10 machine. Things I have tried: updated to the latest Nvidia display drivers on the destination machine and
    verified latest AMD and Intel drivers on the source (multiple displays, but same setup when it was Win 8.1 and worked without issue), adjusted the RDP settings to be a small screen size, changed the color depth to a lower setting, and unchecked persistent
    bitmap caching. Any other suggestions?

    I have a video wall with 10 screens and I am using windows 10 enterprise, I can't span an RDP session to another screen it seems to be locked to the main screen
