Windows 10: windows 10 re-activation

I recently change motherboard because my msi ms-7808 have gone into deep sleep mode. i have tried every possible remedies found in the internet and nothing works. now that i have a new board, i cannot reactivate my os win 10 pro. can someone help me?? thanks in advance. btw my old motherboard is still good its just it doesnt let me connect to the internet coz its gone deep sleep mode.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
