Windows 10: Windows 10 re install problems

I have a laptop that worked in beginning but then all of a sudden I got an error message of missing operating system file clfs.sys. I then contacted manufacturers and they sent me a disk to fix issue. It brings up the windows setup box where you pick language and your supposed to click next. At that point I have no mouse pointer and when I try to use up/down arrows to choose options and click next I can't. Nothing works. I'm hoping there's something I can do to make them work to do install. Any help would be appreciated. Like I said its a laptop so the keyboard is all part of the unit and my mouse is wireless. I'm going to try one that plugs in.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP
