    when i start my laptop a massage appeared '' the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error.windows installation cannot proceed . to install windows,click OK to restart the computer and then restart the installation

    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    I understand you are unable to upgrade to Windows 10 with the error "THE INSTILATION FAILED IN THE SAFE OS PHASE WITH AN ERROR DURING APPLY IMAGE OPERATION"

    If you are repeatedly unable to upgrade to Windows 10, then
    I would suggest you to refer to the suggestions provided by “Andre Da Costa” in the following Microsoft Community link.
